In this case, what would this Prince be addressed as?

I am writing a fantasy story that includes a royal family, and I'm a little confused as to what some of the characters would be called. I know that there are the titles "Master" "Mister" "Your Highness" etc. but I'm not sure which one to pick. Here are the details:

- Age thirteen
- Unmarried
- Is equally loved and hated by his kingdom, but at the beginning of the story has not yet proved himself as good or bad
- the second-youngest child of the king. Has three older siblings (brothers) and one younger (sister).

How would a guard, a servant, a sibling (both younger and older), his father (the King), common people, and a close royal family friend (like a second mother or a grandmother) address him? Which ones would bow/curtsy, and who would call him what? Thank you! When writing this, I really want to get all my facts straight. (:
@Sir Ichiban: I meant he was second youngest out of all of his siblings. As in, there is only one younger than him.

He would be addressed as Your Highness, dear girl. The minor details have been correctly provided by Rico.
